What I believe in.

Effective Collaboration

  • Effective collaboration often needs to be learned. It is sustainable if it is built into the systems and processes of an organization. Most people want to collaborate but they don’t always know how so we default to siloed work.

Positive Change

  • Change is constant and sustained organizational change is possible. When done well changes are exponential and yield more than we thought possible.

Work Matters

  • The work world needs light, as a society we are struggling to create healthy and vibrant workplaces for the people who do the work.

Systems Thinking

  • Building and sustaining healthy and successful organizations require that organization systems be assessed, retooled, or newly built. Solving problems in an order that matters will bring you greater results.

Effective Leadership

  • Leadership comes from every part and role of an organization. It must be grown, supported and evolved for the ongoing health and success of all organizations.
